Job Description *Internally this role is referred to as Inside Sales Representative*

Position Mandate:
A partnership between Moneris Solutions and Advanceit, this position will be responsible for increasing the visibility of partnership products to our current client base. The ideal candidate is keen, energetic and service-focused when selling and wants to be a part of a high-performance team.

- Educate existing clients on a new product offering available to them;
- Understand customer needs, validate and match them to internal and partnership products
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets
- Work with cross-functional resources to move opportunities through the sales cycle
- Responsible for researching, qualifying and prospecting leads regularly
- Use effective negotiation techniques to manage a win/win situation with the client.

- Experience in a team environment where you have proven your ability to learn and apply new skills and concepts by exceeding sales targets
- Ability to produce results with minimum supervision, in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Ability to think strategically and create links between business direction and specific solutions
- Client-focused and service-oriented
- Demonstrate a high degree of motivation, professionalism and work competence
- Proven creativity when problem solving and to think outside of the box.

- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated professionalism and tenacity
- Extremely positive and customer satisfaction driven
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM is considered an asset
- Post-secondary degree/diploma considered an asset or equivalent certification in a business related field
- Tele-sales, customer service or marketing experience with emphasis on direct sales is an asset.
- Fluency in French and English is an asset
