Global Enterprise Services is the shared services team supporting all TMX businesses with various services including – Information technology services, security services, risk office, project management, vendor management and integrated business operations. The Information technology services in GES includes all facets of IT services from business analysts and architecture, software development and integration, QA, corporate IT / end user technologies, technology operations and infrastructure. The newly formed data team will include databases, storage, backup and various data application development and support teams.
This position is for an Experience Strategist that will apply the principles Experience Design (XD), to lead and support client engagements within the TMX’s Innovation Lab.
Key Accountabilities :
• Lead and support the day-to-day execution of the TMX Innovation Lab.
• Plan and lead workshops with cross-functional teams to explore viability of potential new products/services and/or re-thinking existing client solutions.
• Lead the development of XD deliverables such as, Customer Journey Maps, Personas, Ecosystem Maps, Competitive Analysis, Value Proposition, Stakeholder Interviews, KPIs, Story Boards, User Flows, Mood board, etc.
• Collaborate with the group Head and Client Delivery Leads to elicit and evaluate potential projects for the Innovation Lab to create business value and improve the customer experience.
• Lead participatory requirements gathering activities and stakeholder interviews.
• Define best practices and standards related to Experience Design principles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Delivery and Operations teams for facilitate rapid-development of concepts and minimal viable products.
Must Have Skills :
• Bachelor's degree required in business or design-related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or digital agency where user-centric design or other experience design principles were applied
• Strong verbal communication skills, with experience planning and facilitating experience design workshops.
• Must have been in a client-facing role and have project experience.
• Strong understanding of Experience Design Concepts
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently.
• A passion for innovation, design, and technology.
• Familiarity with capital markets and financial market data an asset.
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course an asset.
