Territory Sales Representative, Companion Animal Division, Eastern Quebec

This is a field-based position, responsible for creating demand for the Companion Animal portfolio of products by changing customer prescribing and dispensing habits.Through effective territory management, the Territory Sales Representative aligns their work with organizational goals and objectives to ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded. FURTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Execute selling and marketing directives• Utilizes the Company's Sales Model and Call Execution process to generate demand and sustain loyalty to the company's brands• Demonstrates market understanding, product and technical knowledge• Take the lead to ensure that promotional and commercial activities take place• Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and provide solutions• Proactively match customer needs to the value proposition associated with the company's products and services • Consistently models the company's beliefs, values, and core competencies• A willingness to continue to develop themselves.REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on business or scientific discipline• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales and/or marketing. • Knowledge of small animal veterinary products is advantageous for this role• Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent French communication skills, spoken and written• Strong interpersonal skills• Team player• Ability to work effectively in an interdependent sales team or independently (as required)• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Note: This position is located in Quebec.
