Our client, a growing, profitable privately- held, SaaS solutions company, that has been in business since 2003, is scaling its sales force for 2013. Recent record sales and revenues have created the need for nationwide sales force expansion in the West, Midwest and Eastern US. Candidates can work from anywhere in the US, as long as they live near a major metro airport. Plans are to hire 15 reps nationwide for 2013. There are about 300 employees WW currently.

Our client offers the leading, most robust Saas-based for fleet management for Fortune 5000 corporations with 1000+ vehicle fleet. Some of the largest companies with fleets in the world utilize these solutions .

These solutions offer infinitely more features than "just" fleet/asset management, location intelligence, LBS, GPS, and geo-spatial platforms - these products provide complete visibility into the "work order management life cycle" on one, integrated mobile platform - think business intelligence, cost management, green/fuel implications, an overall powerful ROI message.

Qualified candidates will possess:

* 5+ years of successful (quota attaining/exceeding) application enterprise software applications sales experience including the sale of Saas-based solutions that address business challenges like supply chain management (SCM), transportation management (TMS), logistics, business intelligence, document management or mobile workforce management.

* Experience in an outside/field software sales role calling on lines of business decision makers, identifying key business drivers and tying the solutions to those drivers with a clear ROI message,

* Experience managing an annual quota of 1M-1.5M with sales transactions of 150K+

* The desire/ability to hunt and develop net new business. These are expansion positions- while some territories may have some existing accounts, the goal is to scale and grow the company to its next level of revenue attainment

* The ability to have a home- office located near a major airport and manage travel of approx. 40-50% with the support of qualified pre-sales engineers

The positions will report to Sales Directors in one of three regions. You'll be joining a company that has received accolades from Forbes, Red Herring, Inc, Deloitte, etc. one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the US and Best Places to Work Places multiple years running
